One bedroom, one bath apartment that sleeps 3, a half mile walk to PGA Frisco and about 2.5 miles to Universal Kids Resort. The bedroom has a king bed, plus a twin rollaway bed for a third guest. You get a full kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, TV, A/C and the community pool. Pets are welcome ($15 per pet per night). Self check in and garage parking. Great for couples, solo golfers and small families.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10 PM to 6 AM. Please be mindful of your neighbors at all times. No Smoking: No smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment. No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not allowed. Guests: Only registered guests may stay overnight, up to 3 guests. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Pets: Pets are welcome for $15 per pet per night. Please add your pets to the reservation. Service animals are always welcome. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. If you'd like extra time, you can add an early check-in or late check-out (1 hour for $20 or 2 hours for $40) through the Guest Portal link in your messages, subject to availability. Parking: Parking is in the community garage, first come, first served, with no assigned spots. Monitoring: A Ring doorbell camera covers the outside entry only, and there are no cameras inside. A Minut sensor measures noise decibel levels only. Please keep noise down, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM.
