Late Check-Out: Check-out is by 11 AM unless approved in advance. Staying past that time without approval may result in a full night’s charge. Packages: Please don’t have mail or packages sent here—deliveries will be rejected by the leasing office. Leasing Office: Please don’t visit or contact the leasing office directly. Just message us if you need anything—our team coordinates with them for you. Any violation (noise, smoking, etc.) may result in a $500 fine. Maintenance: All maintenance requests are handled by the building’s onsite maintenance team. Because of this, non-urgent issues may take some time to be resolved, depending on their schedule. This applies to both small items (like blinds or lightbulbs) and larger non-emergency concerns (such as HVAC, appliances, or plumbing). We’ll report any issue right away and do our best to follow up, but please understand repairs depend on when the building team is available. Key Fobs: Lost or damaged key fob = $100 replacement fee. No Parties: This property has a strict no-party, no-noise policy. Extra guests or parties may lead to a $200 fine and termination of your stay. Cleaning: Please leave the space tidy—load dishes, take out trash, and be respectful of our cleaners. Excessive mess may incur a $100 fee. Thanks for hosting our family of 5. We had a comfortable stay with great amenities. Enjoyed our stay and would look forward to booking again if we were to revisit the Dallas area. There are restaurants next door and travel time was never over 30 mins for any of the malls or attractions we visited.

Joseph’s place was beautiful,comfortable,and clean. The appliances were top notch. We came and there was a winter storm in Dallas. Joseph was caring and accommodating. His response time was amazing and much appreciated. Will definitely stay again.
