Early Check-In: We can’t guarantee early check-ins, but feel free to ask! Standard check-in time is after 4 PM, and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate an earlier arrival. Late Check-Out: Check-out is by 10 AM unless approved in advance. Staying past that time without approval may result in a full night’s charge. Packages: Please don’t have mail or packages sent here—deliveries will be rejected by the leasing office. Leasing Office: Please don’t visit or contact the leasing office directly. Just message us if you need anything—our team coordinates with them for you. Any violation (noise, smoking, etc.) may result in a $500 fine. Maintenance: All maintenance requests are handled by the building’s onsite maintenance team. Because of this, non-urgent issues may take some time to be resolved, depending on their schedule. This applies to both small items (like blinds or lightbulbs) and larger non-emergency concerns (such as HVAC, appliances, or plumbing). We’ll report any issue right away and do our best to follow up, but please understand repairs depend on when the building team is available. Key Fobs: Lost or damaged key fob = $100 replacement fee. No Parties: This property has a strict no-party, no-noise policy. Extra guests or parties may lead to a $200 fine and termination of your stay. Cleaning: Please leave the space tidy—load dishes, take out trash, and be respectful of our cleaners. Excessive mess may incur a $100 fee. By booking, you agree to follow these simple house rules. This was an amazing stay! The place was clean and aesthetically pleasing, I really did not want to leave. The hosts were very friendly and responsive! Everything I needed was available- kitchen items, toiletries, towels etc… Will definitely be booking again!

Experience was a 10/10! Everything was so well kept — the bathroom was a great size for you and your girlies to get ready in. The space was perfect, and the amenities around the place were amazing. Super easy to get to, and the sheets and towels were very clean. Overall, the place was beautiful! The only small issue we had was figuring out the elevator to the room, but other than that, I’d rate it a 9/10. Loved it and would definitely stay here again — the area is very nice too!
